PaulAnn Church is looking for an innovative, forward thinking, technically minded Christ follower to join the team as a Music & Production Director. This person will need to creatively and collaboratively help realize the vision of the Worship & Creative Arts Lead in bringing people into authentic worship on Sundays and Wednesdays.
The Music & Production Director is the boots on the ground for the Worship & Creative Arts Lead, ensuring planned services and events are technically executed in music direction and production. He/she will oversee and develop the amazing musicians that volunteer on our Worship Team, providing feedback, training, and guidance. He/she will also oversee and develop our Production Team, which includes our Production Intern, contracted Audio Engineer, and hands-on volunteers who use their gifts to serve in the technical arts.
The Music & Production Director will also be responsible for making sure all the equipment related with the music and production aspects of our ministries are not only working properly, but are functioning at their highest capacity.
This is a full-time, salary position located on-site in San Angelo, Texas. This position requires approximately 40 hours per week working Sunday thru Thursday.
