PaulAnn Church is looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy, kind person to join the staff as our Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This person will be seated at the front desk in the main office lobby and will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. He/she will also be assisting the Lead Pastor and Staff Oversight Pastor with administrative related tasks and responsibilities.

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant must have strong people skills as well as good organization, communication, and computer skills. He/she must be outgoing and welcoming as many of our first-time guests and visitors are unsure of what to ask when they call or where to go when they enter the main office lobby. He/she must also be able to handle short deadlines.

This position is a full-time hourly position, Monday – Friday, 35-40 hours per week. Hours will be 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Thursday, and 9:00am – 12:00pm on Friday.
